Pop this neck warmer and eye pillow in the microwave for a couple minutes and let the heat melt the tension in your shoulders, neck, and eyes. Heat the eye pillow for a short time then the neck warmer. 

Filled with cherry pits which create a moist heat. Can be used as a heating pad for pointed relief. Or chill in the freezer.

  • Pop in the microwave for 30 second intervals until warm. Warm for 30 second increments to increase heat.
