This workshop is part lecture part hands-on experience. Learn the typical life cycle of a garment after it's purchased from a store. Where does it end up? How do you break the cycle of disposable culture? Learn the art of visible mending to extend the life of your garments. Participants will learn how to sew a patch with sashiko-style stitching.
