HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 5-7 days for your order to be processed to ship. Items that are in stock will ship on the earlier side. Items that are made to order will ship on the later end of the spectrum. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. 

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

We ship USPS. We will email you with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If insurance is desired please email us before placing an order. Orders shipped via USPS typically take 4-8 days within the US. However, shipping is still being impacted by the Pandemic. Expect delays. 

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK?

Orders $50 and over qualify for free shipping in the US. If you'd like to return this order a return shipping will cost $8. We suggest you track your item when you mail it back to us. We will refund you in full, minus $8 shipping, within 5 business days of item returned.

Free shipping is excluded from fabric yardage orders due to its weight.

WHAT ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

International orders are mailed first-class or priority mail, depending on the size and weight of the item. Unfortunately, tracking is not available for items shipped internationally. USPS has updated their tracking capabilities so some countries may be able to track their order. If insurance is desired, please contact me before placing your purchase. International packages that are lost or stolen in the mail will not be refunded or replaced if insurance has not been purchased. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

For international orders: buyer is responsible for any import tax, customs fees, or VAT. We cannot advise, estimate or pay any applicable fees specific to the buyer's country.

Most international orders arrive within 2 weeks. However, it is possible to items to be delayed in customs and items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. So far (fingers crossed) I haven't had any major delays for an international shipment.

Buyers are responsible of Import taxes and duties.
