Refund policy

BLISS JOY BULL will do our best to give full refunds, minus return shipping.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please return items within 30 days from receiving the package. We will not accept returns that are worn, damaged, lost in the mail, or sale items. The item will be returned to you if this occurs.

Return instructions:

1. You'll need to create an account to start a return.
2. Find and select your order.
3. Select the item(s) you'd like to return. 
4. We'll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how to return your item(s).
5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
6. We'll deduct $8 from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Shipping costs won't be refunded to you for when we first shipped the items to you. 
7. You'll receive a refund when we receive your items at BLISS JOY BULL HQ.

Restocking fee: Items that have been returned will incur a 4% restocking fee of the product price.
