Refund policy

BLISS JOY BULL will do our best to give full refunds, minus return shipping.

Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. Please return items within 10 days from receiving the package. We will not accept returns that are worn, damaged, or lost in the mail. The item will be returned to you if this occurs.

Return instructions:

1. Have your order number ready. 
2. Click here to begin your return. Complete the steps listed on the screen. 
3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations.
5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
6. We'll deduct $8 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
